Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

 

At Heart & Sole we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from us and even though all items are inspected before shipped, we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item for either a refund or exchange.

STANDARD RETURNS & EXCHANGE

If you would like to return your purchase, simply email sales@heart-and-sole.co.uk to request a return booking, return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt and enclose a copy of your invoice. On receipt of the returned items we will credit the purchaser’s card with a full refund, excluding the original delivery charge.

If you would like to exchange your purchase, simply email sales@heart-and-sole.co.uk to request an exchange, return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt, enclose a copy of your invoice.

  • Please return all goods in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Shoe boxes are part of the product and should be protected appropriately for the return shipment.
  • All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received again by Heart & Sole.
  • Heart & Sole may refuse the return or charge a deduction from the original cost of the order if the item is not returned due to an issue under the Sales of Goods Act and is not in a saleable condition.
  • All items should be checked upon arrival before removing any attached tags.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Any increase in price between exchange items will need to be paid by the customer before the replacement item(s) are dispatched.
  • Any decrease in price between exchange items will be credited to the purchaser’s card.
  • Please note that we can only exchange purchases once per order.
